It’s “officially” spring now, with added hours of daylight! Is that a reason enough, to have an extra meal? 😛 May be 😀
Lately I’ve been experimenting with different fruits, flavors and ingredients for smoothies. Starting today, I will be posting my favorite combos for smoothies! Feel free to come back for more options!
1 cup Mixed Berries (Blackberry/Blueberry/Raspberry/Strawberry), Frozen
3/4 cup Vanilla yogurt OR Plain yogurt + sugar/honey + a few drops vanilla essence
1/4 cup Chilled Milk (or more for a thinner consistency)
3-4 Ice cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender. If using fresh berries, add ice cubes. Process until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Adding vanilla flavor in the form of yogurt or essence takes this smoothie to another level. Try not to skip on that.
